I Blame Spitzer


1 out of every 4 teenage girls has an STD.

This is both disturbing and promising. Obviously if you're a fan of abstinence education, then besides being a moron, your plan isn't really working. However, if you happen to believe in birth control and prevention than you should take hope in the fact that cervical cancer, the leading STD in the study, does have a vaccine. Sounds like this is good evidence to make these vaccinations mandatory, or at least to seriously revisit the issue.
