Because every year we have to apologize for Busta Rhymes' stupid shit.
Personally the DWI sounds a bit bogus, but he's already up on charges for, "beating down his former driver and smacking around a fan who spat on his Maybach."
Sorry Busta, but Leaders of the New School was along time ago and funky clothing doesn't make up for being a dick.

Actually, it does sound like he may not have been. Pulled over for excessively dark windows instead of bad driving like weaving or speeding, and with two breath tests - one on the side of the road on a portable device, one at a police station - the one at the station is more reliable. (It has more safeguards then the portable one - that's kind of why the portable one is portable and the other one, well, isn't.)
Doesn't sound like there was anything bogus about his arrest (plenty of probable cause), but once you get to the reasonable doubt stage, you're probably going to need more then the story describes.
