Here's an interesting posting that shows the intricacies of the Islamic world. Turns out that in Bangladesh there is a sect of Muslims that are now being targeted by other fundamentalists for extinction. It may piss off others, but these are the type of causes that America should throw their weight behind. It would show the Islamic world that yes, our right to practice religion does not only include Judaism and Christianity, but we respect, and will defend even the rights of minority Muslims.
