My thoughts: Obviously Congress is closing in on him and he decided to take a walk--but will he still be covered by executive privilege as a civilian? Either way, you won't be seeing Rove like fat people in steam rooms.

"Karl Rove is leaving the White House to spend more time orchestrating a whispering campaign against his family." Color me slain.
